Join us for a quick yet energizing 45-minute lunch-hour yoga class designed to refresh your body and mind. In just under an hour, we’ll combine a series of invigorating stretches, strength-building poses, and calming breathwork to help you feel rejuvenated, centered, and ready to take on the rest of your day.
